Work

Real builds with real budgets and real deadlines. Each case study lists what the product had to do, what we cut to make the date, the stack we ended up with, and what happened after launch — including the numbers that did not improve.

How to read these

What a case study on this site does and does not claim

Numbers come from the client

Every metric is either from the client’s own dashboard or from a store console we have access to. Where a client asked us not to publish a figure, we leave it out rather than estimate it.

We did not do it alone

Products succeed because of the people running them. We built the software; the client found the customers, priced the thing and answered the support email. Any case study that implies otherwise is marketing.

The failures are not here

Some products we built did not find a market. We will happily talk you through two of them on a call — the lessons are more useful than the wins, and you should ask every studio this question.

Let’s scope it properly

Tell us what you want to ship. We will tell you what it really takes.

Send us the shape of your idea and we will come back with a written scope, a realistic timeline, a fixed price band and the risks we would want to kill first. No decks, no discovery invoice, no pressure.

  • Written scope, not a sales deck
  • Reply within one business day
  • NDA on request, before you share anything
