Four ways to reach the studio, all of them monitored by people who can actually answer. We do not run a ticketing system, there is no chatbot, and nothing you send here disappears into a marketing funnel.
A person reads everything sent to this page
There is no ticketing system here, no chatbot and no marketing funnel. Messages arrive in the studio inbox and are answered by whoever can actually answer them — usually the person who would end up working on your project. If we are the wrong studio for what you need, we will say so and point you somewhere better, which costs you one email and saves you a month.
Every inquiry gets a written reply within one business day. “Written” matters: you get our actual read on the project in text you can forward to a co-founder or an investor, rather than a calendar link and a discovery call where we ask you to explain it all again.
What to put in your message
You do not need a specification. Three honest sentences beat twenty pages, and the most useful ones answer these:
- Who has the problem today, and what do they do instead right now?
- What has to be true in six months for this to have been worth building?
- Is there a date that genuinely cannot move — a funding round, a season, a contract?
- Roughly what budget range are you working with, even if it is a guess?
If any of that is confidential, say so and ask for an NDA in your first message. We will send one the same day, before you share anything sensitive.
New projects
Scoping, quotes and availability. The project brief takes about three minutes and gets you a written scope instead of a sales call.
Careers
Open roles, how we hire and what it is like to work here. Applications go through the form on that page — portfolio links beat cover letters.
Write to us
Send a message and get a real answer
Everything submitted here lands in the studio inbox and is answered by a person within one business day. If your message is about a new build, the longer brief will get you a much more useful reply.
How we answer
Messages land with the people who would do the work, not with a sales desk. Whatever you send gets a written reply you can forward to a colleague.
- Response time Every inquiry gets a written answer within one business day.
- What you get back Our read on the project in writing, plus the two or three questions we would need answered to quote it properly.
Before you write
Things people usually ask by email
If your question is here, you have your answer immediately. If it is not, the inbox is open.
Scoping usually starts within one to two weeks of the first call. Full build slots open at the start of each month and we keep at most two running at a time, which is why the availability note in the header is real and not a scarcity trick.
One decision-maker who can answer questions within a day, roughly two hours a week for a demo and a planning call, and access to anything we cannot create ourselves — brand assets, existing accounts, domain records, third-party API keys. Projects that slip almost always slip on decisions, not on code.
Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. We start with a paid two-week audit: we read the code, run it, map the risky parts, and give you a written verdict on whether to continue it, refactor it or replace it. Sometimes the honest recommendation is “keep the data, rewrite the app”, and we will say so plainly.
Thirty days of fixes are included with every build. After that most clients move to a retainer, but it is genuinely optional — if you have an internal team, we run a handover week, record the walkthroughs, and hand you a document that assumes the reader has never seen the project.
You do, from the first commit. The repository is yours, the cloud account is yours, the developer accounts are registered to your company. Our contract assigns all intellectual property to you on payment, and there is no license, no lock-in and no “platform fee” hiding in the small print.
Yes, before you send anything sensitive. Ask in the inquiry form and we will send ours, or sign yours if the terms are reasonable. We do not publish client work as a case study without written approval, and we are happy to keep an engagement completely anonymous.
For data residency we deploy wherever your obligations require — EU regions for GDPR-bound products, Turkish infrastructure for KVKK-bound ones, US regions when your customers are there. We write down where every byte lives before we deploy anything, and it goes into the contract rather than into a support ticket six months later.
