Payment is handled by our payment provider acting as merchant of record. Card details never touch our servers, and your invoice includes any VAT or sales tax due in your country.

The download link and your licence key arrive by email straight after payment. Hosted products get their sign-in link the same way. Nothing is shipped and nothing is delayed for manual approval.

Every product includes updates for the period stated on its page and email support from the team that wrote it. Write to us and a person answers within one business day.
